Backache Yoga

Backache Yoga is a three-month course. One class every week, along with asanas to be done at home. This course is appropriate for anyone having back pain due to sciatica, herniated disc, slip disc, and pinched nerve. We use unique (results based) approach to help cure backache. Each class consists of asanas and pranayam tailored for individual’s needs. Everyone gets personalized attention during this course.

Bring your doctors diagnosis when you visit us. Few mild cases may heal quickly and may not need three-months.
